CPR-416 is a professional two-component polyurethane adhesive glue for landscape artificial grass and synthetic turf installation, laying artificial turf, carpet, PVC floor and other paving materials.

4. Application field

Used in artificial turf, carpet, PVC floor and other paving materials.

5. Construction process

Base preparation: standard artificial turf laying.

Lawn preparation: Before laying the lawn, spread out the entire roll of lawn and let it air dry for several hours, eliminate internal stress caused by winding and packaging.

Two-component mixing materials: pour component B into component A, stir for 2-3 minutes to uniform color can be constructed.

Scraping adhesive: Use a toothed gray knife to evenly scrape the mixed glue onto a clean and dense cement base (or a special interface strip), and press together within the opening time.

Paste artificial turf: According to the guidance of the turf supplier, lay the turf. Scrape the glue, in the operating time, along the interface belt pavement artificial turf, in order to ensure full bonding, should be in about 2 hours after the glue coating (25℃ data) on the paved lawn with heavy objects for a rolling compaction (or artificial foot to step on the ground), so as to avoid the lawn and the interface belt or cement ground insufficient contact phenomenon, resulting in bonding is not strong. About 2 days later, the lawn can be put into use.

The amount of glue used: high tufted density (recreational grass),  about 700-800g /m2; Low tufting density (sports grass) :  about 600-700g/m2.

Six, equipment cleaning

The uncured colloid can be removed from the tool or equipment by vinyl acetate, tena water, acetone, and once cured, it can only be removed by mechanical method.

Seven, product protection

The product should be isolated from air and away from the source of fire.
