Characteristics
1. easy construction, room temperature curing;

5. Construction process
1. Foundation treatment: First of all, the construction site needs to be basic treatment to ensure that the ground is smooth and strong. This includes cleaning debris, filling potholes, leveling the ground and other work.
2 Base coating: After the base treatment is completed, the construction of the base coating needs to be performed. The basic coating is usually bonded with a special adhesive, which can enhance the bonding force between the ground and the plastic runway.
3. Special adhesive construction: After the construction of the basic coating is completed, the component B is poured into the component A, and the color is uniform for 2-3 minutes. Then the construction can be completed. Adhesive is an important material for bonding the prefabricated plastic track and the base coating together.
4. Prefabricated plastic runway installation: After completing the construction of the adhesive, it is necessary to pave the prefabricated plastic runway on the base coating. When paving, attention should be paid to maintaining the smoothness and straightness of the runway to ensure that the runway has good performance.
5. Wait for curing: After paving is completed, it is necessary to wait for a certain time for curing. Curing time will vary depending on the material and climate conditions and usually takes a few days to a few weeks.
6. Equipment cleaning
The uncured colloid can be removed from the tool or equipment by vinyl acetate, tena water, acetone, and once cured, it can only be removed by mechanical method.
