Characteristics

1, simple construction, room temperature curing;

2, No solvents, no formaldehyde release, no harmful substances volatilize during use, green and environmentally friendly, in compliance with the national standard 《36246-2018》;

3, fast curing, bonding strength, waterproof, mildew proof, weather resistance, acid, alkali, gasoline resistance;

4, low temperature activation period is long, drying fast in high temperature ;

Used in carpet, PVC floor, PVC elastic mat and other paving materials.

Construction process

Base preparation: standard laying ground

Two-component mix: Pour component B into component A, stir for 2-3 minutes to uniform color can be constructed.

Scraping adhesive: Use a toothed gray knife to evenly scrape the mixed glue onto a clean ground, and press the coil during the opening time.

usage :  used on the smooth cement floor is about 400-600g /m;2  

used for rough cement floor is about 600-1000g/m2.

6. Equipment cleaning

The uncured colloid can be removed from the tool or equipment by vinyl acetate, tena water, acetone, and once cured, it can only be removed by mechanical method.
