 CPP-211H Two component polyurethane systems for coast grave protection is a newly developed water conservancy technology,  it is a innovative and sustainable system to protect coastal dykes, shores and rive beds .It means a bonding system that reinforces hydraulic gravel a their contact surface permanently of the 2-component plastic polyurethane(PU) .the revetment as a whole is subjected to less stressing , thus allowing to make drkes safer without their having to be continually raised .It is a sustainable solution for coastal protection as wildlife and plants start to eturn shortly after application of the materials .

Its structure is similar to macadam asphalt slope protection, the difference is that macadam is bonded with polyurethane instead of asphalt. It has good biocompatibility.

5. Construction process

★ Clean the road thoroughly before use until it is clean, dry and without any loose debris;

★ Weigh according to the correct A/B ratio (non-estimable), and stir evenly on site;

★ Pour the specified quality of gravel into the mixer, turn on the mixer, and then evenly mix the polyurethane adhesive into the mixer for mixing, the general mixing time is not less than 3 minutes. Observe the mixture stirring evenly before discharging;

★ The mixed material is transported to the working surface, the material is first spread out and levelled, and then the special vibrator is used to flatten and fill the material, and then flatten, the surface layer as a whole is smooth, uniform and without pits.

★ensure that no animals or people walk on the top within 4 to 6 hours, no debris falls on the surface, and then it can be open for use.
