GBS CPP series color permeable pavement adhesive (CPP-541s, CPP-541, CPP-541W, etc.) is a two-component solvent-free high-performance adhesive, which can be mixed with gravel, ceramic particles, glass beads, colored sand and other aggregates to spread on pervious concrete, ordinary concrete and asphalt and other structural layers to prepare high-grade decorative color permeable pavement.
Application
Color permeable pavement conforms to the environmental protection concept of "sponge city”，mainly used for highways, tunnels, squares, parking lots, sidewalks,suitable for traffic flow and load smaller roads, such as schools, community streets, villa parks, landscape areas, swimming pools, parks and other parts.

6. Construction process
★ Before use, the base road surface should be compacted without settlement, with good flatness, clean, dry, and free of any loose debris;
★ According to the correct A/B ratio weighing (strictly follow the proportion), mix evenly with the aggregates within 15 minutes, and spread the mixed materials within 30 minutes;
★ Find the elevation according to the horizontal standard line and the design thickness. Mixed stone material spread at the base, with a scraper, rake and other tools to scrape, slightly higher than the elevation control line, first use a special low-frequency vibrator to flatten, and then use a special surface layer collector to flatten, fill, and finally flatten, the surface layer as a whole to achieve smooth, uniform, no holes. The side line is responsible for handling. ;
★ Ensure that no vehicles or people walk on it within 4 to 6 hours, and no debris falls on the surface layer, and then traffic can be opened.
Seven, packaging, dosage and storage
★ Two components, A/ B total 30kg/ group, group supply;
★ Dosage: aggregate and adhesive weight ratio of 5 ~ 30:1, according to the roughness of the aggregate and the required thickness of the difference;
★ Storage and transportation: according to flammable dangerous goods storage and transportation, dry and cool storage and transportation.
