CPA-6001 is a kind of two-component pavement color modification special high-performance waterborne topcoat for pavement color change, which is suitable for the construction process of pavement color treatment, and can beautify the pavement of any color such as cement, asphalt concrete roads and various sidewalks. Compared with color anti-slip pavement and hot mix hot paving color asphalt, the construction process is simple, the cost is low, the sealing layer color is more bright, beautiful and durable, and the adhesion with the original layer is better, the adhesive strength, toughness, weather resistance and wear resistance are better.

Application 

Widely used in asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, pedestrian walkways, community roads, municipal roads, running lanes, garden landscape roads, bicycle greenways, city squares, school greenways, urban non motorized vehicle lanes, parking lots, underground garages, step stairs, factory warehouses and other light traffic surfaces, as well as silicon PU courts and silicon PU flooring.

6. Construction method

★ Clean the road thoroughly before use until there is no obvious sand and water stains (such as in cement road, it should be ensured that the surface of cement road is not turned over, and water-based undercoating must be carried out to seal the construction);

★ Weighing according to the correct A/B ratio (non-estimable), and stirring evenly on site;

★ Prepare the power supply and high pressure airless spray machine, adjust the spray pressure to 6-8MPa, after the color change agent is stirred evenly, slowly spray the edge junction first, and then quickly spray the middle part, generally spray 2 times is appropriate, the first spray about half an hour later, and then spray the second time, the second time to vertical (and the first spray direction in a cross) spraying, Ensure that there is no dew bottom (if the area is small, you can use the spray stone paint spray can for spraying construction);

★ After curing (1 to 3 hours), open to traffic.

Seven, packaging, dosage and storage

★ Two components, A/ B total 15.25kg/ group, group supply;

★ Dosage: the amount of black pavement transformed into color pavement (0.3 ~ 0.5kg/m2), the amount of color pavement maintenance (about 0.2kg/m2), according to the pavement porosity, roughness and required thickness are different;

★ Storage and transportation: dry and cool storage and transportation.
