1. Anti slip performance

Colored anti slip ceramic road is a road surface layer with a large structural depth and friction coefficient formed by bonding 3-5mm thick colored ceramic particles with a high polishing value (polishing value, which reflects the ability of stone to resist tire polishing) on the existing road surface.

Due to its large structural depth (1.5mm), the texture depth (TD, formerly known as texture depth) of the road surface is an important indicator of road roughness. It refers to the average depth of uneven open pores on a certain area of the road surface. It is mainly used to evaluate the macroscopic roughness, drainage performance, and skid resistance of the road surface, thereby greatly increasing the friction coefficient of the road surface and making it have good anti-skid performance. Due to the depth of construction helping to remove water from the contact point between the wheel and the road surface, allowing the depth of construction to immerse the wheel. When there is water on the road surface, the deeper the depth of the road surface construction, the better the contact point, increasing the friction force between the wheel and the road surface, thereby improving the anti-skid performance.

When asphalt and cement roads are first laid, their anti-skid performance is good, but after a period of use, the depth of their surface structure will decrease, greatly reducing their anti-skid performance. Colored anti slip pavement adhesive is a type of adhesive that adheres ceramic particles to the surface, maintaining strong anti slip performance as long as the ceramic particles are not damaged. The important attribute of ceramic particles is to maintain a high polishing value. When the microstructure is worn, it is not the ceramic particles that are polished, but the entire structure is worn layer by layer. During this process, the construction depth remains unchanged and its performance continues to be maintained. Another important point is that ceramic particles are not in the form of flakes and are mainly irregular in shape. Before using any ceramic particle, it is recommended to measure its polishing value, which generally requires reaching 65 or above.

2、 Road construction steps

1. Cleaning and drying: Remove dust, gravel, and other debris from the construction area, and dry or blow dry the road surface with water.

2. Marking: Use tape or other materials to mark the construction scope.

3. Adhesive coating: Mix components A and B evenly and apply them to the road surface.

4. Laying: Spread colored ceramic particles evenly on the coated adhesive.

5. Recovery: After confirming that the resin has hardened (approximately four hours from the completion of laying), the colored ceramic particles that have not adhered to the adhesive will be recovered.
